Note to incoming May 2007 AICM STUDENTS

Dear Students,

Affective July 10th 12 noon we will be upgrading our email server to a SSL connection.  We will be moving our Miami base emails over to a Secure Sockets Layer connection for security reasons.  Only users with bookmarks directly to our server will have to update their bookmarks.  All other users will login as normal by click on the appropriate link.  Also, users will be redirected to the new website if the old link is used.  Please feel free contacting me at the number listed below if you have any questions.  Students you may receive prompts informing you of a redirection asking whether you want to proceed.

Miami AICM students who are experiencing problems accessing email accounts should contact Johny Metellus (305) 667-5455 x241 or email (from an alternate email account) miamihelp@rossmed.edu.

PMH AICM students should contact the RUSM campus ITS department for assistance with email problems. Please use the contact information below for campus ITS support.

NOTE TO CLINCAL STUDENTS
Clinical student mailboxes have been relocated to our US based mail systems. Please follow the link for "Clinical and Alumni students" shown to the right to access your mailbox. POP3 or IMAP4 users should change the server name in your mail client software to: webmail.rossmed.edu. See the "pop3" instructions located on this page for details.
If you are unable to login to your mailbox, please use an alternate email account to send an email to support@rossmed.edu.dm or call 767-255-6321 or toll free at (866) 978-0924 (between the hours of 8am-6pm).
Clearly state your first and last name along with your banner ID; also give a brief description of the difficulty you are experiencing. Thanks for your understanding. NOTE TO ROSS ALUMNI
We have made significant changes to our messaging systems, if you are a ROSS ALUMNI who has completed your basic sciences studies in Dominica prior to 2002 and are unable to access your Ross email account, please notify us via tel. 767-255-6321 or email dbaron@rossmed.edu.dm, sending an email with the subject "ROSS ALUMNI- mailbox request".
Please make sure to include your full first and last names, the semester you completed your basic sciences studies (ie-April 2000) and a phone number where you can be reached. Please be advised that we may require some form of identification .
A valid drivers license faxed to (767)445-6277 or other pertinent document will suffice. Thank you.
